Subjecting your hair to the daily torture of a hair dryer, straighteners, hot rollers or curling tongs can quickly lead to dry and damaged hair. Sadly, once it’s damaged, it’s difficult ever getting it back into good condition again. Simply shampooing alone is never enough to restore shine or give it a glossy and healthy appearance and many hair conditioners struggle to inject any kind of life into listless hair. Fortunately, Clairol Herbal Essences have a wonderful range of affordable hair conditioners which smell fantastic and work fantastically well.
However, the last time I was in Boots, I remembered to check my vouchers, found one still active, and set off in the direction of the No 7 stand.
I’ve been using No 7 Protect & Perfect serum for a couple of years now and have already switched to the Intense version for more 'mature' skin'. So when I noticed a complementary version of Protect & Perfect Intense in the Night Cream range, I decided to try it out.
I cannot get through the day without at least two cups of coffee. But not just any old coffee. It has to be made from an espresso base, none of that instant stuff. I could go out to make my purchases from one of the many coffee shops nearby, but they’re so expensive nowadays.
Although my stove top coffee maker produces a decent espresso, it still involves a bit of messing around with measuring coffee and cleaning it out after each cup. However, I've discovered the perfect solution. I can now make my coffee in two minutes exactly – and that includes making frothy milk for a cappuccino.

Living in a noisy city can mean it’s often difficult getting an uninterrupted night’s sleep. There’s always something going on. People slamming doors, drunks stumbling down the street at 3am, noisy parties which never seem to start until 11pm at the earliest. So what can you do?
If you’ve got a busy day ahead, you have to sleep. Earplugs are one solution. The trouble is not many of them are up to much. Foam plugs are OK up to a point. But when you’re someone who wakes at the slightest noise, you need something with a bit more clout. Look no further than Muffles Wax Earplugs from Boots.

It’s no secret that cleaning our teeth is one of the most important factors for preventing tooth decay and gum disease. And since it’s generally recommended that this task should be undertaken at least twice a day, it’s essential your toothbrush is both functional and comfortable to use. However, with the plethora of electric and battery operated toothbrushes available it can be difficult knowing which to choose for the best results.

The Panasonic TX Viera L37G10 was launched onto the European market between January and June 2009. By Christmas of that year, turnover was so high that stores were running out of stock. With rapid developments in the television market, this model has now been superseded by the G20. However, the G10 is still widely available in most high street stores and online.
This 37 inch fully integrated high definition television from Panasonic isn't a best seller without good reason. As well as its glossy good looks, it has inbuilt Freeview and Freesat and provides fantastic picture quality along with many easy to use extra features. And pricewise it's extremely competitive. For the complete review, read on here.

I've been enjoying Ryvita since I was about 17 years old and began my first ever diet. I won't tell you how many years that is, but they're obviously doing something right as I always have a box of Ryvita in my cupboard.

About Me!
Hi and thanks for visiting my blog!
My name's Caroline and I live in London. I'm a freelance writer and nutritionist, so you'll find a lot of my articles are health based.
I'm also passionately interested in skincare. Although the food we eat has the most noticeable effects on our skin, the skincare products we use has a large part to play.
As such, I often write product reviews and other articles on dealing with skincare and anti-aging.
I hope you enjoyed your visit here and come back soon :-)
