Subjecting your hair to the daily torture of a hair dryer, straighteners, hot rollers or curling tongs can quickly lead to dry and damaged hair. I've been enjoying Ryvita since I was about 17 years old and began my first ever diet. I won't tell you how many years that is, but they're obviously doing something right as I always have a box of Ryvita in my cupboard.
